Tim and Nicole moved to their home on 10 acres in 2004 with the dream of creating a place to raise their Thoroughbred racehorses. In 2005, they built the first barn, and Warlock Stables was born.
| Tim and Nicole own 30% of stallion Demon Warlock, claimed out of California in March of 2004. Demon was brought to Washington State, where he competed against the top horses in the region and was named 2004 Washington Horse of the Year, among other various honors.
| Demon Warlock now stands at Allaire Farms in Poulsbo, Washington – his first crop arrived in 2008.
| In the spring of 2005, Tim and Nicole purchased an adjoining 8-acre parcel of land to accommodate the future expansion. The second barn was completed in the summer of 2007, enabling them to house all of their horses and their offspring properly.
| Tim has been involved in the horseracing business since infancy, as his parents, Allen and Janet Floyd of Othello have been in the game for nearly 40 years.
| Tim works for Seattle-Tacoma Box Co. out of Kent, WA, managing the Eastern Washington Region for them for more than 12 years. Nicole married into the horseracing business and has embraced it, as there is much that goes into the sport. Nicole is a CPA and is employed as Chief Financial Officer of DigiDeal Corporation in Spokane Valley.
